Admiral Yi Statue. One of my favorite things about Seoul is the mountains. You can see them in the side of the picture. From my school there are mountains really close and they are covered in these blooming trees. It looks real pretty. The mountains also make Seoul really polluted cause everything is trapped and it gives the sky a really cool effect, when the sun rises and sets (even though I can hardly breathe sometimes because of the smog).
This seashell statue marks the start of the Cheonggyecheon Stream. It flows for 5.8 kilometers through the city and there are a series of bridges that are all different that go across it. The water literally starts at the shell as a little flow of water (like kitchen sink flow) that goes into a waterfall.
Right before I took this photo a crazy Korean came up to me and tried taking my six hundred dollar camera out of my hand. I think to take a picture of me in front of it, but he was so aggressive. Then he tried taking pictures of me with his camera phone.
They had a little gallery of North Korean related photos outside. This is a picture of President Truman that was defaced by North Korean terrorist.
These are some of the different bridges. The stream area gets really crowded with couples taking romantic walks.

This area was the start of Dongdaemun Stadium. It is a series of buildings that house clothing markets (most of the clothes are of very cheap quality and look).
