I went to this exhibit in Insadong, which is the area in Seoul with all the art galleries (like Olde City in Philadelphia). The show was of photographs in North Korea spanning the previous fifty years. Below are a couple of my favorite photographs that I took pictures of with my cellphone.
A women in a traditional robe with a pin of Kim Jong-il. I love the contrast of the blue an red.
They had some incredible photographs of women boxers. Unfortunately, this was the clearest photo that was taken on my cellphone. There were a lot of other more intense fighting photos.
There were a couple photographs n this style. It is actually people hundreds of people holding paper up to create the star.
